The only thing I liked, close to job other than that NOTHING. Microwave was plugged into 6-way that tripped when used. Refrigerator would not keeps drinks cold. Very disappointed!!

Staff was very pleasant, very affordable and in close proximity to a lot of stores and only a hour away from the boardwalk.
Not to many things I didn't like, wish they had a pool area for the kids. And it was a little warm seeing the only floor with ac was the main floor . Each room had ac that worked after a while but the hotel was hot

Nothing
the staff was atrocious, refused to check me in, so I called the Vineland police, they came and she had no choice but to check me in after I had a reservation

On short notice it was available for the busiest of weekends, so I do appreciate that. Room was neat and clean.
Morning breakfast was abruptly cutoff at 9am, if you are tardy you will be rewarded with nothing but sour looks. We left and went to Dennys across the street. So much for a free breakfast. Husband and wife team. Husband at nite. Wife during day. Nite was soo much better. $190 for the nite. No pool.

The room was comfortable, but the check-in process was frustrating.

The room was fine, mostly clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a decent sized fridge right there in the room.
The staff was very unfriendly. The breakfast area was so small thst we didn't even take anything. They said that we didn't book a pet room so charged much more than the original reservation for a pet room in addition to the pet deposit. The most rude staff was management, so there was no one to complain to. I would never stay again.

Comfortable location to the Vineland area, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The employees of the hotel were very amiable. My king room was pet-friendly with good beds😀
Some of the staff were very rude.

We were all really freaked out when the bathroom ceiling tile started shaking like something was up there! So we sprinted out like it was the freaking apocalypse, man!
This place was not cheap, but I guess you pay for the experience?

My room had hot refrigerator. The power cord kept shutting off my TV and refrig. I told hostess, she moved my room. I walked friend to their car at 600 am. I ate a bagel and went back to bed. When leaving at 915, went to get a waffle and all breakfast was cleared away. What happened to my free continental breakfast.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a lengthy cycling event nearby and appreciated the cleanliness of my room. Not a trace of dirt. The morning breakfast options were satisfactory, with plenty of pastries and fresh coffee. The check-in experience could use friendlier staff interactions. Consider confirming late checkout details in advance.

The staff provided really good service. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the location was convenient for my work-related activities. The business center was well-equipped, which allowed me to efficiently manage my presentations.
The breakfast options were limited and could have included more variety.

Staff is pleasant Quiet
Not a bad experience, however we were given a smoking room on floor 3 The residual of the last smoker was in the room. We did not make fuss but it was a little disappointing.
